Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has issued a Himmat Card Registration to provide financial benefits to people with natural and accidental disabilities across Punjab. - Then click on PWDs session there.
- After that, you will see the registration form, enter your information, and register yourself.

Eligibility Criteria

- Applicant must be PWD verified by the Social Welfare Department of Punjab.
- The applicant is disabled and unable to work.

- The PMT score obtained by the disabled person in the BISP NSER survey should not exceed 45.
- Applicant must have registered in DPMIS and verified PWD from there.
