Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the matter and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material you posted on the site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification. You may file a counter-notification with us. To do so, please provide our designated agent with the following information:
- Identify the material that has been remove or to which access has disabled. And the location at which the material appeared before it was remove or access to it was disable.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was remove or disable. Due to a mistake or misidentification of the material to removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located. If your address is outside of the State you will accept service of process from the person. Who provided notification under DMCA 512 subsection (c)(1)(c) or an agent of such person.
