Sehat Sahulat Program Hospital List 2024

The Sehat Sahulat program has issued a list of hospitals where you can identify your nearest hospital and get treatment free of cost through a Sehat card. If you want your treatment, please remember you must have your original National Identity Card.

If you are married, you must have your marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, and B-form issued by NADRA for children. After this, you and your family will treated through a health card.
