Share your educational history, including whether you can read a simple sentence in any language and the highest degree you have completed. If you never attended school, explain the reason.
Step 4: Employment Status
Provide details about your last month’s income, main source of income, and the nature of your employment. Include your average monthly income in Pakistani Rupees. Enter your bank account title, bank name, and account number. If you don’t have an account, leave this section blank. Register your contact number with your mobile network.
Step 5: Current Address
Include your province, union council, and the name of your city or village. Indicate whether you live in an urban or rural area, and provide your current address.
Step 6: Permanent Address
Include the name of your province, union council, and city or village. Indicate whether you are a citizen or resident of the area, and provide your permanent address.
Step 7: Personal Information
This section is crucial as it largely determines your eligibility. Indicate whether you own your current residence. Provide details about the materials used for the walls and roof, and the condition of the residence. List the number of household members and the type of cooking facilities.
Mention the toilet facilities and sources of drinking water. If you have an electricity connection, state whether it is your own or a shared connection.
Step 8: Property Information
Provide information about any family members who own animals such as horses, cows, or goats. Mention any land you own, including any year-round assets. If a member owns transport equipment, include this information along with the number of items.
Step 9: Agricultural Information
If you own land used for farming, specify the type of cultivation. Include the land size and whether you cultivate it, a contractor, or jointly with others.
