- Eligible persons should visit their nearest district’s Benazir Income Support Program office or tehsil offices.
- Do not forget to bring the necessary documents like the CNIC number and child’s birth form with you when going to the office.
- Eligible candidates will get these documents from you and provide you with the Benazir Wazifa form after verification.
- You must complete this form from your children’s school office.
- After completing this form properly, submit it to your nearest Benazir Income Support Program office.
