The Chief Minister of Punjab has directed the Punjab government to provide a Rs 64 billion subsidy to the poor people of Punjab. Under this subsidy, 10 crore deserving and poor people of Punjab will receive three bags of free flour. In this regard, the government has announced the establishment of 20,000 sales points.
So that people don’t face any difficulties in getting free access. Punjab has announced that people with incomes less than 60 thousand rupees will included in the Negahban Free Atta 8070 Scheme. The decision has been made to start registration of such people on August 15.
