All those who are registered in the Benazir Income Support Program or Ehsaas Program. If you belong to a backward area and are living a life of poverty. So you can register pregnant women and newborn children in your family in the new survey. To register pregnant women you have to follow the following procedure:
- First, visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office.
- Complete your survey registration in the Nashonuma program with the BISP representative present there.
- After completing the NSER survey registration you will be given a Nashonuma application form.
- Enter the necessary information in the application form such as your husband’s monthly income, your household expenses, your National Identity Card number, your full name and address, etc.
- After filling the Nashonuma application form, submit it at the BISP Tehsil Office.

Eligibility Criteria For Hamla Women Ehsaas Survey
All pregnant women who want to get up to Rs 2500 under the Ehsaas 8171 Nashonuma program must fulfill the following criteria:
- The monthly income of this house is less than 25000,
- None of the members of the family were employed in government jobs.
- If no member of the household has traveled abroad,
- You must have an account in any bank,
- No balance in your bank.
