Therefore, those persons who were disqualified or missed PISP registration can re-register through this portal. The procedure for registering on the BISP portal is given below.

- After opening the web portal, you will see a box where you have to enter the CNIC.

- Be a disabled person
- Whose monthly income is less than 20 thousand rupees

- Women whose husbands have no personal business

- An applicant whose PTM Score Should Be less than 20.
