- First, enter the 8171 portal on your mobile.
- Then, when the website opens, click on 8171 web portal.
- Enter your National Identity Card number in the first box when the portal opens.
- Then, in the second box, you will be asked for the verification code, read the image carefully, and then enter the verification code.

- Eligible Female National Identity Card and its copy.
- Copies of National Identity Card Number and CNIC of all eligible family members.
- Pay slip of applicant’s husband or son.
- Children’s Bay Form.
