The government recently introduced the new Benazir NSER Registration Process at BRCs 2024, a full new procedure on Benazir Registration Desks (BRCs). The registration process for people who were unable to register during the survey is complete. BISP will soon introduce a dynamic registry.
In the first phase, an effort is to establish a Benazir registration desk at the tehsil level for people who missed the survey or for families who could not surveyed.

Benazir NSER Registration at BRCs 2024
To complete the Benazir NSER Registration process on BRCs, visit your nearest Benazir Income Support Program office. Unique dynamic registration desks are set up. You can register your necessary information, such as home address, name, CNIC number, etc.
This registration is done for those who have not yet become part of the Benazir Kafalat program and have not receive any financial assistance. If you are one of them, visit the BISP office in your tehsil as soon as possible.

Check Survey Eligibility Status
You must check your eligibility before registering. You can check this registration status online or offline at home.
- Through the online BISP web portal
- You can SMS your ID card to 8171 from your mobile.

- To check the eligibility, visit your nearest registration center.
NSER Information Help Counter
- You have to go directly to the help desk of the information counter in the office.
- After going to the information tax counter, stand in the front line. Special arrangements are made for disabled persons, pregnant women, and senior citizens.
- Provide the identity card number of your family or someone else to the representative at the information counter.
- Also, if you have received any messages from the Benazir Kafalat program, such as letters or messages, then provide them.
ID Card Screening Process
- A roster update is require for the pre-surveyed ID cards. New people will issued a token for their survey update for Benazir NSER Registration.
- A new survey token is issue if you have not already survey.
- If you have received any message regarding your eligibility for the Kifaalat program. And you are asked to update the data.
- In such a case, the identity cards of all the married women in the family must be provided.
- After that, you are given a token. After getting the app token, stand in the queue before the registration desk and wait for your fine.
Data Entry Counter Help Desk for Benazir NSER Registration
After getting the token you have to follow some steps below.
- First, you have to take the data entry test. Then, you have to provide the ID cards of all the adults in your family and children to the Data Entry Officer.
- Remember that all your ID cards, such as marital status, widow status, disability registration, etc., must be updated in NADRA’s records.
- Ask the registration counter representative for information about your household members. Asks some questions regarding health information.
- You have to answer all the questions the Data Entry Officer asks honestly and correctly.
- While providing the information, you must provide your current active mobile number.
What After completion of the NSER Survey Process
After registering all the information asked in the NSER survey, you have to follow the following procedure.
- After your survey is complete, a notification is receive on your mobile from 8171 through BISP.
- Apart from this, you may also receive an eligibility letter from the BISP in the Benazir Kafalat program.
- If you are further eligible, a message will sent to you by the Benazir Kafalat Program.
- It is said that you have qualify for the Kafaalat program and are waiting for your money.
- You can use your CNIC number to check your eligibility through the online 8171 portal.
- In addition, you can contact the assistant director and the concerned officer at your nearest tehsil BISP office to learn about your eligibility.
