- The criteria include having a poverty score of less than 20.
- Applicants’ monthly income of less than 15 thousand and no property in their name.
- Only family members without a government job are eligible for this program.
- Applicants must have their own National Identity Card and be over 18 years of age.
- The program also extends to widows, orphans, and seniors over 60.
- Additionally, the applicant’s family should not have a passport or have ever traveled by air.
